This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to Arinon Hotel Software. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
The free trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying. You are not charged during the trial, and it converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
We stand behind the Service. If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full (100%) refund of your first subscription payment within 15 days of that payment. Refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7 working days, and we absorb any payment-gateway fee.
Because we offer a free trial to evaluate the Service, the money-back guarantee is a safety net for genuine dissatisfaction — not a way to run live operations for free. The guarantee does not apply once the account has been used for live operations during the paid period, which we measure as any of the following:
The guarantee applies once per owner (identified by GSTIN, or your registered phone/email) and covers the subscription fee only — not overage bookings, WhatsApp/SMS charges, or other third-party costs already incurred. It does not apply in cases of fraud, payment chargebacks, or breach of the Terms of Service.
After the 15-day money-back window, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a cancellation. Where a refund is due to a billing error on our side, we will always refund it to your original payment method via Razorpay.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend the Service until payment is made. For any payment concern, contact us before raising a dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
After cancellation you may export your data for a reasonable period. After that, data may be deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
