Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arinon Hotel Software (the “Service”), a hotel management system provided by Arinon Digital, a unit of Manisi (“Arinon”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you (the “Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a hotel or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service & your account

Arinon Hotel Software is a cloud property-management system for hotels and resorts — bookings, front desk, folio and GST billing, guest messaging, a direct booking engine, and owner reporting. You are responsible for your account credentials, for the acts of your staff users, and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

2. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial the Service converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe; we will not charge a card without your action to start a paid plan. Trial data may be retained for a limited period to let you resume, then deleted.

3. Plans, billing & taxes

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) basis via Razorpay, in INR, plus applicable GST.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel per the plan terms.
  • Fees for the management of the Service are separate from any advertising or third-party costs.
  • We may change pricing on prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Your data & guest data

You own your data. All hotel and guest data you put into the Service remains yours. With respect to personal data of your guests, you are the data fiduciary/controller and Arinon acts as your data processor, processing guest data only to provide the Service and on your instructions. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and larger customers may request a Data Processing Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including no unlawful use, no sending of unlawful or unsolicited messages to guests, no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service, and no use that infringes others’ rights.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and to provide support appropriate to your plan. Except where a separate Service Level Agreement applies (Enterprise), the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis, and we may perform maintenance from time to time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, and all software, design and content we provide, are owned by Arinon. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own data and content.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (for example Razorpay for payments and a messaging provider for WhatsApp). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arinon’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Term & termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
